Jason's Birthday!

Of course we started the day with candled waffles in bed.
Everyone got to help blow out the candles and eat!

Later we tried to duplicate the "Sensuous Sandwich" from the days of yore.

Jason felt we came pretty close and was happy eating it.

Then the boys decided to make their own "Man vs Food". We set a timer and everyone had to clear their plate in 10 minutes. Obviously everyone was victorious!

THEN...we made cotton candy with the cotton candy machine bought at a yard sale for 50 cents. The bubble of spun sugar was one of the coolest parts.

The machine had a bit of a problem flinging hot sugar so everyone got properly geared up : )
