The Great Lobster

The boys each got a "tiny lober" for Christmas. We put it in water and waited for it to grow. It was taking longer than we had hoped so we changed the water and the boys fed it gold fish crackers and checked on it several times a day. About a week (several water changes and many more gold fish later) the lobster finally grew to the promised six times the original size. Now we keep it in a gallon size zip lock bag. It's the closest we can get to a pet right now.
